Vamos começar: ( let's begin:)
Baixe um windows que não tenha sido fuçado na internet, que seja original, há diversos nos blogspot da vida, instale o Ultraiso para extrair os arquivos, crie uma pasta na raiz do seu windows chamada xp, e extraia os arquivos do windowspara lá. Depois de alguns minutos da extração dos arquivos (After minuts of extracted files)
Voce pode ver os seguintes arquivos e pastas (You see this folders and files)

A pasta $OEM , Genuine, Programas, Ultima sessao. esses arquivos não existem, estou mostrando a pasta depois de tudo pronto ( This files and folder not exist, all this files and things, is product of the final process about windows silent install).
Esta pasta $OEM foi criada pelo NLITE depois do processo concluido, ( this folder, $OEM, was created after the process completed by Nlite)
Nesta pasta contem dados sobre a instalação silenciosa, e se você optou por colocar drivers usando driverpacks, os drivers serão guardados tambem nesta pasta, gostaria de lembrar que o Nlite faz modificação tanto na pasta OEM quanto na pasta I386, exemplo, na pasta i386 se voce escolheu durante o processo do nlite instalar arquivos .cab prontos ou atualizações do windows, o nlite irá criar uma pasta para guardar esses arquivos e registrará informações dentro de outros arquivos a forma de como execultar esses arquivos como no Winnt.sif entre outros.

Todos os arquivos listados a direita são arquivos extraidos dos .cab depois do processo finalizado do nlite, todas as funções para executar eles estão em outros arquivos modificados dentro da i386 como foi dito. meus arquivos .cab que achei prontos foram esses. há diversos na internet por ai. AGORA ESSE PROCESSO CHAMA RUNONCE, este processo serve caso você não tenha arquivo .cab de algum programa, mas quer que algum programa seja instalado apos a instalação do windows antes de entrar na tela do desktop, essa linha de comando vai chamar um arquivo que você vai criar dentro da pasta chamada: PROGRAMS, dentro desse caminho: xp\SUPPORT\PROGRAMS, dentro dessa pasta voce vai no menu iniciar do windows, procure pelo bloco de notas, escreva dentro dele MEUS PROGRAMAS, salve-o nesta pasta PROGRAMS e renomei trocando instalar.txt para instalar.cmd , os dados que voce vai colocar dentro desse arquivo vou passar nas proximas imagens. Depois de concluido, É NESTA PARTE QUE VOCE VAI MINIMIZAR ESSA JANELA, VAI ABRIR O PROGRAMA DRIVERPACKS BASE, VAI DESCOMPACTAR SEU ARQUIVOS EM QUALQUER OUTRO LUGAR, QUE NAO SEJA DENTRO DA PASTA DO WINDOWS, CRIE UMA PASTA NA RAIZ C:\DRIVERPACKS , OBSERVE QUE ELE VAI DESCOMPACTAR um monte de pastas, copie os drivers que voce baixou no site e cole dentro da pasta chamada DriverPacks, rode o programa, eu prefiro utilizar o metodo 1 apesar de dar um erro que eu utrapassei os 4000 caracter que serao gravados em um determinado arquivo, pois utilizo esse cd do windows para instalar drivers em outros computadores, dai eu só mando escanear dentro do cd, agora utilizando o metodo 2, os arquivos de driver zipados continua zipados, e o windows nao procura drivers dentro de arquivos .zip 7zip ou algo do tipo. procure algum tutorial na internet como utilizar o driverpacks base. depois que o programa terminar, pode fechar ele e volte para o nlite para continuar o processo abaixo. vou disponibilizar os dois arquivos de boot para voce criar a pasta la dentro do SUPORT, BOOTABLE CD. dai vc fique atento la embaixo para escolher o formato do arquivo, se não nao vai aparecer o arquivo. escolha o arquivo marcado na imagem. depois passe para proxima imagem para continuarmos. Depois que voce escolheu o arquivo de boot chamado: Microsoft Corporation.img, e definiu o nome do seu cd, agora pode clickar em criar iso para criar seu arquivo .ISO, ele vai te perguntar onde vc quer salvar esse arquivo, voce da um nome pra ele, pode ser o mesmo nome que voce deu para o cd, depois que criou o arquivo. para nao ficar jogando cd fora, testando se algo deu errado, se algum programa nao funcionou direito, ou algum erro durante a instalação que voce venha repetir o processo, voce nao fique perdendo cd, utilize um programa chamado virtualbox , esse programa permite que vc dentro do windows crie uma partição virtual e possibilita que voce instale o windows dentro dessa partição sem afetar seu windows, ou seja, tecnicos usam esse programa para rodar junto na mesma maquina linux e windows ao mesmo tempo. agora, depois que fez a ultima modificaçao, vamos salvar o arquivo .MSP, esse arquivo que tornará a instalação do office silenciosa, salve ele dentro da pasta do office e depois vamos criar um outro arquivo para carregar esse arquivo install.MSP com uma linha de comando para que funcione, pois se voce tentar testar depois esse arquivo install.msp para ver se ta funcionando, vai se deparar com um erro, pois ele não funciona como executavel, ele ainda precisa receber uma linha de comando do tipo DOS para fazer funcionar e quem vai dar essa linha de comando será o arquivo install.cmd que voce criou dentro da pasta office, lembrando, esse arquivo tem a mesma propriedade do que o arquivo da pasta PROGRAMS, ele só tem uma linha e nao tem o comando "wait" pois ele nao precisa esperar nenhum outro programa ser instalado, pois ele é o ultimo programa da lista. a função ECHO em DOS, funciona apenas como quebra de lina, paragrafo, "isso pra quem nao entende nada de DOS, pequena explicação" (Now, after making the last change, we will save the file. foi tirado o comando "wait" da linha pois como ele é o ultimo programa a ser instalado, ele nao precisa esperar mais nenhum outro terminar. Você não consegue colocar para download o OFFICE 2007 cab? Eu tinha no pen, baixei uma vez em 3 partes mas perdi, fiquei só com a parte 2 e faz muita falta.
